Our Férvora collections are designed in-house and produced by our manufacturing team in Bogota, Colombia. Since we work mainly with silk we strive to work with experts in their field. We have a long term relationship with our production team. All of our silk pieces are made from 100% silk as it is a natural fiber which needs a lot of care when handling and sewing.
We are seasonless; we simply make beautiful clothes and ensure that each design is special enough to offer a timeless appeal. Our collections are made in a limited quantity which is stated in the inside tag. This way, you know which piece you own out of the whole production of that style. Last but no least, all of our prints and designs are created in our studio, crafted out of beautiful natural fabrics like silk, cotton, wool, etc. We want our pieces to have a permanent place in your wardrobe, and to be worn and loved for many years to come.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer free global shipping to most destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Colombia via DHL or FEDEX.

Each order is carefully packaged prior to dispatch and we take the utmost care to confirm the inclusion of all ordered items. Férvora cannot be held responsible for missing items when the courier and fulfillment center confirmed delivery of all ordered items via visual and written confirmation. Please email us straight away at info@fervora.shop so we can review the matter. Claims for reimbursement must be made between the buyer and carrier.
We work with the couriers DHL and FEDEX to ensure the delivery times are as short as possible. The time frame provided by our courier can be found at our Shipping page. However, we cannot take responsibility for delays that the courier may have.
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at info@fervora.shop so we can review the matter. Keep in mind that the items must have the "Do not remove this tag" attached and unaltered.
